This is a copy of a statue in the V&A Museum in London. It is entitled Head of the Buddha and is dated as being from 400-500 AD. Most likely from Afghanistan .

Whether Buddhist or not, this print looks fantastic in a black frame and due to the muted colours would work on any colour wall.
