Hi, I’m Chris; Creator of Kin & Sea.

Art has always been my passion, however, what if it could be more than that?

With two young daughters who also love creating art, I want to show them, and anyone else craving change, that you can do what you love, providing you have courage, work hard, make progress and not let anything get in your way. 

For anyone reading this and contemplating a more fulfilling life; just start, then keep moving forwards towards your goal. What's the worst that can happen? This is my attempt at doing just that. I will learn a lot, meet new people, grow as an artist and have a lot of fun along the way. 

I am strongly influenced by the emotional depth and boldness of great artists like Gauguin, Picasso, Hockney, Quentin Blake, Connor Brothers, Matisse, Gainsborough, Reuben's, Cezanne and Tracy Emin. 

My own style combines vibrant colours with expressive lines to capture the essence of pop-art with a personal twist. My aim is to embody the emotions and energy of my subjects to create art that is not just seen, but felt.

Kin & Sea will soon develop new partnerships, products and opportunities. I hope you will join me on this journey and that in some way, we can inspire each other to follow our dreams.
